I know this will come as a complete and unexpected surprise to you; a shock, you may well indeed say. It was a shock to me as well.
I have developed a body clock. Circadian rhythm. My superchiasmatic nucleus is properly functioning. Whatever you want to call it: I go to bed around 10 or 11pm and wake up at 6am. I am awake when it is light and asleep when it is dark. When 10pm rolls around, I get sleepy. How extraordinary is that!!!!!!
I used to disbelieve that caffeine actually affected me in any way. Now, I realize that it was probably the 36 ounces of black coffee every morning that kept me awake following my normal 3-4 hours of rest during school.
All I can say is, I really miss my caffeine.
