This is what I saw today, walking about Wust Al-Balad.

In case you need help translating the signs: (from top right to left)

Sausage, hearts, tongues, kidneys, liver, testicles, brains, spleen

On the bottom are feet/hooves and some eggs.

Please note the heads on the top, too.
